Feifei: 导致口臭的原因有很多种,比如喝水太少 low fluid intake.
Helen: Or sinus problems, problems with our nose.

Helen: Or stress.
Feifei: 精神压力 stress.
Helen: These then can cause our body’s natural mouth wash, saliva, to dry up.
Feifei: 漱口水 mouth wash, 口水 saliva 是人体自然产生的漱口水,如果口水没了那么就可能引起口臭。 So what can we do to treat bad breath?
Helen: Dental hygienist Mhari says it’s all about cleaning our teeth properly.

We should try and brush twice a day for at least two minutes, statistically we brush for 45 seconds on average, and we tend to brush the same way as we have done since we were about six years old. The real key to brushing well is to use small circular movements.

Helen: We should brush our teeth twice a day for at least two minutes. But most of us only brush for 45 seconds on average.

Helen: Also, we tend to brush our teeth the same way since were six years old.
Feifei: 我们刷牙的动作从6岁后就没有改变过。
