　　Oliver: Current 当前的 contemporary 现代的。

　　Vicki: He says Britannica are not so up-to-date.

　　Oliver: 就是最新的意思。

　　Vicki: Also Wikipedia have a lot more information about technology. That’s because there are lots of techno-geeks who love Wikipedia.

　　Oliver: Techno-geeks 这是一个俚语，意思是某些对技术非常感兴趣的人。 Geek 是一个带贬义的词儿，意思是相当无聊的人，但是 Jimmy 用他来形容他自己，是一个开玩笑的说法。

　　Vicki: Well now we know all about Wikipedia. Before we go here are some of the words we’ve learnt. Volunteers.

　　Oliver: 志愿者。

　　Vicki: Close-knit.

　　Oliver: 紧密的。

　　Vicki: Multilingual.

　　Oliver: 多种语言的。

　　Vicki: Contemporary or up-to-date.

　　Oliver: 当地的、最新的。
