　　Oliver: Bistro 是一个法语单词儿，指的是提供食品的小饭店或小酒馆儿。

　　Jo: So by saying “our boozers are turning bistro”, she means our pubs are focussing more on food rather than drink. The Dog and Fox pub in Wimbledon in London has had an expensive makeover.
